  • Anyolite - also known as “ruby in zoisite” because it is composed of green zoisite with bright red ruby crystals.
  • Formed during regional metamorphism and hydrothermal alteration of igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks.
  • Cabochon is approximately 1 1/2 inches long by 1 inch wide. Crown depth is 1/4 inch.  
  • Cabochon is hand-cut and polished.  Back of stone is not polished.
